Every client posting every week, without a second content person.

Paste each client's website. runtradeflow.com builds that brand's kit, writes and designs its month, and waits for your approval before anything publishes. One login, one calendar per brand.

The monthly grind that eats your margin

Every client is a fresh start Each brand has its own colors, voice, services, and season, and every month begins with an empty calendar.

Approval lives in five places Drafts in a doc, graphics in a folder, feedback in email, the schedule in a third tool.

The roster only grows Client number eight costs the same hours as client number one, and those hours are the product you sell.

One workspace per client, one login for you.

  1. Add a brand. Paste the client's website. runtradeflow.com reads it and builds the brand kit on its own: colors, logo, services, service area, voice. You confirm the logo and correct anything it got wrong.
  2. Generate the month. One click plans a full calendar for that brand with captions and matching branded images, on a seasonal mix built for its trade. Long builds run in the background and email you when they finish.
  3. Review from the roster. The home screen lists every brand with its setup progress and what needs attention next. Open a post, keep it, tweak it, or regenerate it, then approve.
  4. Publish or export. Approved posts go out to that brand's connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile on its own posting schedule. Prefer your own scheduler? Export the month as a CSV formatted for Sprout Social or Meta.

We manage social media for home-service companies ourselves. runtradeflow.com is the system we wanted for that work: the seasonal calendars, the approval step, and the brand rules built into the tool instead of a spreadsheet.

What a month looks like across a client roster

Each brand gets its own plan, from its own trade and season:

  • A seasonal calendar per trade. The HVAC client gets tune-up pushes in April, the roofer gets storm-season inspection posts, the landscaper gets spring cleanup. Nothing is shared between clients but the login.
  • Real-job posts from client photos. Upload a client's jobsite photos to that brand's library and the month builds posts around them, branded to that client.
  • Review spotlights. Reviews imported from the client's Google Business Profile, turned into branded graphics on a schedule.
  • Claims that hold up. License numbers, years in business, and review counts only appear in a post when they are recorded in that brand's profile, so nothing is invented for a client.
  • A posting schedule per brand. Each client keeps its own posting days and times, and posts land on that brand's connected accounts, never a sibling's.
  • A history you can show the client. Every published post keeps its live link and status in that brand's history, so the monthly check-in is a screen, not a spreadsheet.

Every post is generated from that client's own brand kit, so the roofer never sounds like the plumber.

Built for agency accounts

Choose "I manage marketing for clients" at signup. Once a second brand is added, the home screen becomes a roster of every client with setup progress and the next thing each one needs. Agency accounts accept a Data Processing Addendum in-app before onboarding a client, so the paperwork your clients ask about is already handled.

Agency and freelancer questions, answered

Can I keep using Sprout Social or another scheduler? Yes. Approve the month in runtradeflow.com, then export it as a CSV formatted for Sprout Social or Meta, with dates, times, captions, and image links. Or connect each client's accounts and let it publish directly.

Do my clients need their own logins? No. Clients don't log in to runtradeflow.com. You review and approve on their behalf, and each brand keeps its own brand kit, photo library, connected accounts, and calendar. Only your login sees the roster.

How much of each client's setup is manual? Paste the website and most of the brand kit builds itself. You confirm the logo, check the services and service area, and add anything the site left out, like a phone number or a current promotion. Setup progress shows on the roster until each brand is complete.

What happens when a client's connected account disconnects? Posts for that brand fail with the reason shown in its calendar, and you can retry them once the account is reconnected. Every other client keeps publishing.

Your roster's next month is one click per brand.

Paste your first client's website into runtradeflow.com and review a complete month before you ever pay. Free trial, no card required.
